Sandrew Metronome acquired Scandinavian rights to five newfeature films following the Berlin Film Festival. Winners of the Silver Bearfor Best Director documentary, Michael Winterbottomand Mat Whitecross', The Road to Guantanamo is part dram andpart documentary and tells the tale of a trio of British Muslims, known as theTipton Three who were held at Guantanamo Bay for twoyears before being released without charge.

From Focus Features SandrewMetronome bought the music documentary Dave Chapelle'sBlock Party, directed by Michel Gondry (EternalSunshine of the Spotless Mind). The film is of a concert that American stand-upcomic Dave Chapelle puts on in a Brooklyn neighbourhood featuring artists such as Kanye West, Mos Def, John Legend,The Roots and The Fugees.

The second music documentary the companypicked up was from Lionsgate Int'l I'm Your Man, directed by Lian Lunson. The film is acelebration of the life and music of Leonard Cohen and includes musicaltributes from various artists interpreting his songs

From 2929 the Scandinavian distributor boughtcrime-drama We Own TheNight to be directed by James Grey (TheYards and Little Odessa) starringJoaquin Phoenix, Mark Wahlberg, Robert Duvall,Christopher Walken and Eva Mendes.

Sandrew Metronome also acquired naturedocumentary, The White Planet from Bac Films. The film directed by Thierry Ragobertand Thierry Piantenida describes life on the NorthPole.
