Peter Broderick and Sandi DuBowski will lead the workshops on online opportunities.

Sheffield Doc/Fest and the Channel 4 Britdoc Foundation are running a 3-day professional development programme for independent filmmakers and producers, from Friday 2 July to Sunday 3 July.

The programme will include a two day workshop about the importance of social networks and distribution strategies, which will be lead by distribrution strategist Peter Broderick and film-maker Sandi DuBowski.

Broderick and DuBowski will lead an additional public one-day presentation which will focus on new financial opportunities for independent filmmakers and producers in the online world.
