James Cameron joins forces with Christie to push next-generation 3D 

Projection and digital development firm Christie are partnering with James Cameron’s Lightstorm Entertainment in a move which will see the two companies exchanging research, testing, development and technical support in an attempt to speed up the inception of next-generation 3D digital cinema.

Cameron said of the agreement: “I selected Christie for this ‘journey of discovery’ because the company is fully committed to my vision and shares my dedication to continually push the boundary of digital cinema.”
