Andrew Herwitz's The Film Sales Company has picked up worldwide rights to three titles ahead of Tribeca - the Sissy Spacek drama Lake City, coming-of-age story Ball Don't Lie and documentary Guest Of Cindy Sherman.

Lake City stars Spacek as a mother who tries to comes to terms with her past and hold her family together as it comes under attack. Troy Garity, Rebecca Romijn and musician Dave Matthews round out the key cast.

Hunter Hill and Perry Moore co-directed with Allison Sarofim, Mike Ryan, Mark Johnson and Sally Pope serving as producers.

Street basketball drama Ball Don't Lie stars the sport's famed exponent The Professor (aka Grayson Boucher) alongside Ludacris, Rosanna Arquette and Nick Cannon. Brin Hill directed and Michael Roiff produced.

Paul H-O and Tom Donahue's Guest Of Cindy Sherman tells the story of H-O's troubled relationship with world renowned artist Sherman set against the backdrop of the New York art world. Donahue produced with Anura Idupugante. All rights are available except US television, which are held by co-producer The Sundance Channel.

The company will also represent North American rights on the documentary Lioness, which follows female special forces sent into insurgent strongholds in Iraq despite the US Military's official policy barring female soldiers from engaging in ground combat.

The film received its US premiere at the Full Frame Film Festival.
