UK exhibitor appoints former retail and property chief as CFO
Bowcock will take up his new role and join the board as an executive director of the company on 1 December, 2011.

Bowcock previously worked as financial controller at Barratt Developments plc, finance director for Tesco’s UK property portfolio, vice president finance at Hilton Group and latterly as finance director at Luminar Group Holdings plc.
