Netflix and FIND (Film Independent) have launched a talent search called Netflix FIND Your Voice Film Competition to find an up-and-coming feature director.Josh Brolin will serve as honourary chair and panel judge and the winning feature length film will be distributed online by Netflix.The winner will own all rights to his or her film and will be determined between now and July.
