The UK, Germany, France, Israel and Taiwan are among 12 territories who have picked up the rights to Polish filmmaker Andrzej Jakimowski's second feature Tricks which won the Grand Jury Prize at the Polish Film Festival in Gdynia last year and a Special Award at the Sao Paulo Film Festival, among others honours
The territories sold by the film's Berlin-based sales agent M-Appeal are Switzerland (Xenix Filmdistribution), France (kmbo), Spain (Sherlock Films), Germany (Kool Filmdistribution), Austria (Filmladen), Ireland - Redstar, Romania (Sc Clorofilm), Bulgaria (Vadi Van Kris), Hungary (Anjou-Lafayette), UK (New Wave Films), Israel (Shapira Films), and Taiwan (Cineplex Development).
