The Hamptons International Film Festival has announced its special programmes for the 2010 edition.

The festival continues the annual Kodak Cinematography Master Class, this year with special guest Stuart Dryburgh scheduled to attend and discuss his role on The Tempest.

The festival will place a significant focus on animation this year, presenting an animation master class featuring Lee Unkrich and Darla Anderson, the director and producer of Toy Story 3. A screening and panel discussion will take place in partnership with the Babelgum Animatron Animation Festival.

For the second year in a row, the festival honours the New York Film Critics Circle, whose critics will participate as moderators on Q&As and special programmes throughout the weekend.

The 18th Hamptons International Film Festival will run from October 7-11.
