Bavaria Film International (BFI) has announced additional deals on competition film and other titles at this year's Berlinale.

All rights to Doris Doerrie's Cherry Blossoms have been picked up by Jour 2 Fete for France, Wanda Vision for Spain, Fidalgo for Norway, and Alfa Films for Argentina. These are in addition to previously reported sales to Benelux (Cinemien), South Korea (JinJin Pictures), Taiwan (Swallow Wings), Colombia (Cine Colombia), Mexico (Cine Video y TV), Greece (PCV) and a multiple territory agreement with HBO for Latin America.

Amos Kollek's competition film Restless was sold to Estacao for Brazil and Ama Films for Greece. Ama Films also secured all rights to Albertina Carri's Panorama entry La Rabia.

Meanwhile, BFI completed a pay TV deal in Brazil with Tele Cine for Srdan Golubovic's 2007 Forum film The Trap and Bruce McDonald's Panorama 2007 opener The Tracey Fragments. Milcho Manchevski's film Shadows went to Film Depot for CIS, Seven Group for Greece, and Alfhaville Cinemas for Mexico.
