Howard Bragman has appointed recent hire Bill Harrison president and COO of Los Angeles-based public relations agency Fifteen Minutes.

The promotion comes barely four months after Harrison came aboard following a stint as head of corporate communications at the boutique talent agency Paradigm.

'In just a few months Bill has demonstrated the leadership, initiative and temperament to earn this title,' Bragman, who will now assume the title of chairman and CEO, said.

'Bill joins partners Ryan Croy [consumer products], Gabriel Serrato [GLBT] and personalities division head Lisa Perkins as the team that will take Fifteen Minutes to the next level.'

Harrison will continue to head the corporate entertainment division while assuming overall agency management responsibilities and continuing to work with Bragman on business development and long-term planning.

'After seeing what Howard built at BNC and watching him create something special again, I wanted to be a part of it,' Harrison said.

'I'm confident that we have the team in place to do incredible things.'

Prior to his tenure at Paradigm, Harrison worked at PMK/HBH and Zukerman Communications.

Bragman launched Fifteen Minutes in 2005 and in that time the company has grown to represent a diverse roster of clients such as Cathy Schulman, Isaiah Washington, Marlee Matlin, Martina Navratrilova, Ricki Lake, and Darfur Now director Ted Braun.
