Los Angeles-based Bleiberg Entertainment has acquiredinternational rights to Danny Lerner's psycho-thriller Frozen Days.

The picture won best film at the Haifa 2005 InternationalFilm Festival and centres on a woman who assumes the identity of her blind dateafter he falls into a coma following a bomb blast. AnatKlausner, Uli Sternberg andSandra Sade star and Lerner produced with Alan Lernerand Assaf Rav.

"Frozen Daysis a well crafted and distinctive film that will keep audiences on the edge oftheir seats," Ehud Bleiberg, who will introducethe project to buyers at Berlin,said.

"We're thrilled to handle this film and anticipate avery strong response from international distributors."

Bleiberg's slate includes the holocaust drama Adam Resurrected, which is out tocasting and will be directed by Paul Schrader, and the espionage documentary The Champaign Spy. The company is inpost production on the family drama Love& Dance.

Bleiberg's Berlinslate includes the supernatural comic-book thriller El Muerto starring Wilmer Valderrama, Steve Buscemi's dramaLonesome Jim starring Liv Tyler and Casey Affleck, and the stop-motion spoof Disaster! The Movie inassociation with Dream Entertainment.
