NBC Universal International Television Distribution has announced two promotions, with Justin Che named senior vice president of international new media licensing and Sandra Chang rising to vice president of international new media licensing.

Both Los Angeles-based executives report to executive vice president of international new media licensing Beth Minehart.

Che most recently served as vice president of international new media licensing and before that was vice president of international business development for NBC Universal and vice president of corporate development and strategic planning for Universal Studios. Prior to joining Universal he worked for The Walt Disney Company's motion pictures group, and also served as a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen.

Chang was most recently director of international new media licensing for NBC Universal International Television Distribution. She first joined the company in 2004 as a manager of international business development, for NBC Universal. Prior to NBC Universal she was a business development intern with E! Networks in Los Angeles and a manager of business development/subscriber marketing for Home Box Office in New York.
