Alfredo Duran has been named senior vice president of branded services and general manager of The Warner Channel Latin America.
Duran will be based in Miami and will report to Malcolm Dudley-Smith, who as executive vice president of sales and business development for Canada, Latin America and Asia, oversees WBITD's branded linear and non-linear channels in these areas.
Duran has nearly 30 years of television experience and most recently served as executive vice president and general manager of E! Entertainment Television Latin America, a post he has held for the past eight years.
Prior to that he served as vice president of programming and marketing for MGM Networks Latin America, and vice president and managing Director for WAMI-TV (Miami).
