Top brass at the Hollywood Film Festival and the Hollywood Awards have launched the Hollywood Mobile Awards to recognise innovative content and sites dedicated to mobile devices.

Six awards - best mobile short, best mobile video game, best mobile music video, best mobile commercial, best mobile advertising and best mobile content website - will be honoured at the 12th Annual Hollywood Awards in October 2008.
