Scorsese’s film will screen at the RFP on Nov 28.

Martin Scorsese’s 3D film Hugo has been selected for the 64th Royal Film Performance, to be held Nov 28 in London.

As is tradition, members of the royal family will be in attendance at the screening, but which royals will attend will not be announced yet.

The RFP is a fundraising event for the CTBF (the Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund), which provides financial support to industry employees (and their families) who fall on hard times.

Entertainment Films will release Hugo in the UK on Dec 2.

The story of a Parisian orphan boy who goes on a magical adventure stars Ben Kingsley, Sacha Baron Cohen, Asa Butterfield, Chloe Moretz, Jude Law, Ray Winstone and Helen McCrory.
