International media company IN-motion will remain listed on Frankfurt's Neuer Markt exchange after an arbitration panel ruled against the Deutsche Boerse's plans to delist it
This development comes less than a week after IN-motion announced sales of Euros 46.91m and a consolidated net loss of Euros 7.71m for the first six months of its 2001/2002 financial year to March 31.
In a statement, the Frankfurt-based group said, 'as expected', it would 'show a negative result in the current financial year as the revenues from production services for media funds cannot be shown according to the changes under US-GAAP'. At the same time, though, the group's product pipeline 'contains numerous feature films which will positively affect the results in the following two financial years'.
