Spanish sales outfit Kevin Williams Associates (KWA) has picked up worldwide rights on Beach Of Dogs (La Playa De Los Galgos), a new forthcoming feature film from director Mario Camus.
The $4m mystery stars Laura Morante (The Son's Room), Carmelo Gomez (Between Your Legs), Ingrid Rubio and Miguel Angel Sola. It is the story of a man who becomes entangled with a mysterious woman while searching for his brother, who is a terrorist. Beach will shoot between Spain and Denmark beginning May 7.
The film marks the first feature from new Spanish production outfit Urbana, headed by Pilar Ruiz. KWA founder and chief Kevin Williams brokered a servicing deal on Beach with Danish production-distribution house Angel.
