The new vp of acquisitions will report to head of acquisitions Matt Brodlie and both will be on the ground in Sundance looking for titles to fill the inaugural slate.

Pet joins from Sony Pictures Worldwide (SPWA) where he held the post of director of acquisitions. He joined SPWA in 2006 and was involved in the acquisition of such titles as The Raid, Robot & Frank and Predestination. 

Prior to SPWA, Pet spent two years with Screen Gems. 

Exclusive Media co-chairmen Nigel Sinclair and Guy East launched Exclusive Releasing in 2012 and brought in Brodlie from Paramount Pictures, where he ran the worldwide acquisitions group.
