Magnet Releasing has acquired all North American rights from XYZ Films to Big Bad Wolves.

The Israeli thriller from writer-directors Aharon Keshales and Navot Papushado premiered at Tribeca last month and screens in the market through sales agent 6 Sales on Wednesday [15] and Saturday [18].

Lior Ashkenazi, Rotem Keinan, Tzahi Grad and Dov Glickman star in the story about a vengeful father, a vigilante detective and a murder suspect whose lives intertwine.

Chilik Michaeli, Avraham Pirchi, Tami Leon, Moshe Edery and Leon Edery produced.

Magnet plans a theatrical release this year after director of acquisitions Peter Van Steemburg negotiated with XYZ Films’ Nate Bolotin.
