The Miami International Film Festival (MIFF) will host the US premiere of Oscar-winning director Juan José Campanella’s latest film.

The Spanish-Argentine production broke the Argentinian 2013 box-office record for the highest grossing premiere when it took $774,000 (Ps 4.3m) on July 19.

Foosball (Metegol) will screen during the 31st edition of MIFF that is set to run from March 7-16, 2014

Campanella’s Oscar-winner The Secret In Their Eyes screened at MIFF in 2010.
