Barbara Mudge's Los Angeles-based boutique sales agency Worldwide Film Entertainment has boarded international rights ahead of AFM to the comedic murder mystery Lonely Street and thriller Stone's Point.

Lonely Street is based on Steve Brewer's series of novels about a private eye who unwittingly becomes embroiled in a tabloid reporter's murder. Joe Mantegna, Lindsay Price, Nikki Cox, Ernie Hudson and Paul Rodriguez star.

Peter Ettinger directed from his own stage play and Patrick Newall, Kevin Chapman, Chris Brinker and Mohr produced.

Stone's Point is based on a screenplay by Clint Elliot and will be produced by Robert Enriquez and Chris Sheng of Red Baron Picture Corp.

Principal photography is set to begin in January or February 2009 on the Louisiana-set thriller about a troubled small town police chief who hunts for a serial killer with the help of a psychic.

David A Armstrong will direct; he is represented by Original Artists and Innovative Artists.
