The managing director at the New York, Los Angeles and London-based production company will continue to chart the long-term vision of the production and extends day-today oversight of operations.

Goldberg’s partner Jerry Solomon is departing the company to pursue other ventures.

Goldberg will play a greater role in daily operations alongside the Epoch team of John Duffin, Megan Murphree and new hire Melissa Culligan.

The new arrival recently served as executive producer of The Director’s Bureau, which she started in 1997 with Roman Coppola and Mike Mills.

“I’m excited to bring my independent philosophy to a company with such abundant resources and rich history,” said Culligan. “Mindy’s business strategy is very strong, and I look forward to collaborating with her on the direction of the Epoch brand.”

Goldberg said: “At Epoch, we take pleasure in seeing our staff flourish in their own creative endeavours. Both Jerry and I are excited about the next stages for each of us.”
