The lineup for the 83rd Venice International Film Festival (September 2-12) will be unveiled today at 11:00 CEST (10:00 BST) by festival president Pietrangelo Buttafuoco and artistic director Alberto Barbera.

The previously announced opening film is Danny Boyle’s Ink, whilst Giovanni Veronesi’s Dio Ride will close the festival.

Maggie Gyllenhaal leads the competition jury, which also includes Kaouther Ben Hania and Daniel Blumberg.

The Giornate degli Autori and Critics’ Week titles were announced earlier this week.
