US actress Piper Perabo (pictured) has joined the cast of Click, a romantic comedy that has just started shooting in London.

The directorial debut of screenwriter Ol Parker, the film tells the story of a woman who faces doubts as she's about to marry her long-term boyfriend.

Click is produced by Cougar Films, Fragile Films and X Filme Creative Pool, along with Ealing Studios and BBC Films.

Backers include Minotaur Film Partnership No. 3, Endgame Entertainment, NRW Filmstiftung, RTL and Focus Features.

The cast includes Matthew Goode, Lena Headey, Anthony Head, Celia Imrie and Sue Johnston.

Producers are Sophie Balhetchet, Barnaby Thompson and Andro Steinborn. Executive producers are Stefan Arndt, David Thompson and Jim Stern.
