Jason Wood needs to visit our Odeon in Bracknell. It's a deeply depressing place with an empty ticket office, wasted space and projection that frankly has little if any care.

What it is set up to do is sell sugar filled foods, popcorn, soft drinks & ice cream. I'd welcome a bar, decent hot food but more importantly quality projection.

On three out of my last four visits I've had reason to complain about soft images and 3D screenings not being 3D.
