The company expects toannounce deals with the US and Spain in the days ahead.

The film, which marks thedirectorial debut of producer Daniels (Monster's Ball, The Woodsman), is screening in the New Directors competition at SanSebastian.

Shadowboxer stars Cuba Gooding Jr and Helen Mirren as a pair oflovers and hired assassins forced to hide out after she suffers a crisis ofconscience and bungles a hit job.
