H Michael Heuser's Storm Entertainment has teamed with Sara Risher's LA-based ChickFlicks to finance and co-produce Coyote - a comic special effects-driven horror movie about a pack of coyotes taking revenge against some schlocky Hollywood film-makers in Los Angeles.

Heuser will produce alongside Risher, Steven Wolfe and Leslie Tobin Bacon; Dorothy Lyman will make her directorial debut on the film. ChickFlicks and Storm are teamed with Tobin Bacon's UK-based Bacon & Eggs and Wolfe's Sneak Preview Entertainment.

ChickFlicks is bankrolled by New Line Cinema where Risher was chairman of production; it was created to make films geared towards women. Wolfe's credits as a producer include Tollbooth, Twin Falls Idaho, Fast Sofa and Circuit. Storm was a co-financier on Fast Sofa.
