The Works International is to handle international sales for James Marsh's documentary Man On Wire.

The film tells the story of daredevil Philippe Petit's attempt to walk across a high wire between New York's Twin Towers in 1974.

Currently in post-production, the film will premiere in the World Cinema Documentary Competition at the Sundance Film Festival in 2008.

Marsh won international won a BAFTA for his last filmWisconsin Death Trip. His first dramatic feature The King, starring Gael Garcia Bernal and William Hurt, premiered at the Cannes Film Festival 2005.

Man on Wire is being produced by Simon Chinn and Executive Produced by Jonathan Hewes and is a Wall to Wall production in association with Red Box Films.

North American sales handled by Discovery Films.
