The Weinstein Company (TWC) and Cherry Lane Music PublishingCompany have signed a multi-year administration agreement covering all musicand soundtracks from films released by TWC.

Under the terms of the agreement, Cherry Lane will represent andexploit all music and soundtracks owned by TWC while securing performancerights fees from various music publishers worldwide.

Hurwitz, Levy and attorney Stuart Prager from Grubman Indursky& Shire negotiated the deal on behalf of TWC with Cherry Lane's vicepresident of business and legal affairs Keith Hauprich.
