Ryan Kampe and Sylvain Tron's fledgling sales company Visit Films has acquired international rights to Azazel Jacobs' comedy Momma's Man, which premiered at Sundance earlier in the year.

Visit will commence sales in Cannes next month on the story of a businessman who moves back in to his parents' downtown New York loft.

Jacobs wrote the screenplay and persuaded his real-life parents Flo and Ken Jacobs to star alongside Matt Boren, Richard Edson and Dana Varon. THINKFilm holds North American rights.

Hunter Gray and Alex Orlovsky produced and Paul Mezey and Tyler Brodie served as executive producers.

New York-based Visit will announce its Cannes slate shortly.
