MPI Media Group has acquired all North American rights to and Cinemavault has boarded international sales on The Last Lovecraft: Relic Of Cthulhu.

MPI plans an autumn theatrical release through its Dark Sky Films label followed by DVD and VOD in October after executive vice-president Greg Newman negotiated the deal with Nate Bolotin of XYZ Films on behalf of Outlaw Films.

Bolotin closed the international rights deal with Cinemavault’s Michael Paszt.

Henry Saine directed the tale of a young man who learns he is the last descendant of the occult writer H P Lovecraft and must protect an ancient relic from falling into the wrong hands.

Kyle Davis, Devin McGinn and Barak Hardley star and McGinn wrote and produced.

“Both MPI and Cinemavault have proven time and again to be the ideal distributors for daring and independent movies, and we’re proud that The Last Lovecraft: Relic Of Cthulhu will join their formidable line-up of films,” Bolotin said.
