Voltage sparks sales on Don Jon, Charlie Countryman
EXCLUSIVE: Ascot Elite has acquired German-speaking rights to Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s directorial debut Don Jon’s Addiction as Nicolas Chartier announced pre-Cannes sales on this and Shia LaBeouf action-comedy The Necessary Death Of Charlie Countryman.

Gordon-Levitt (pictured) reunites with his Looper producer Ram Bergman on Don Jon’s Addiction, which is set to commence production in Los Angeles on Monday (21) and stars Gordon-Levitt as a porn-addict alongside Scarlett Johansson and Julianne Moore.
The Necessary Death Of Charlie Countryman will kick off on May 21 in Romania. Fredrik Bond will direct LaBeouf alongside Mads Mikkelsen, Melissa Leo, James Buckley, Rupert Grint, Vincent D’Onofrio and Evan Rachel Wood. Voltage is producing with Bona Fide Productions and Moby will score the film.
