The deal to install 15 systems will make CJ CGV Holdings the second largest IMAX exhibitor in Asia and the fourth largest in the world.
CJ CGV Holdings is scheduled to install the first systems this year with the remainder to be completed between 2013 and 2017.
CJ CGV Holdings has installed 20 IMAX revenue share theatres in South Korea and 30 in China.
