J Andrew Greenblatt has been appointed executive director and Eric Bresler has been named managing director of the Philadelphia Film Society, which presents the Philadelphia Film Festival and the Philadelphia International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival.

Greenblatt is the managing partner in OG Consulting and president of Film 101 Productions and has supported both festivals as a patron for a number of years.

Bresler comes from background of project management and event coordination and launched a Philadelphia-based record label.
