Thomas J Barrack Jr has been named chairman of the film company in the wake of Richard Nanula’s resignation.
Barrack Jr is chairman and CEO of Colony Capital, lead investor in the group of Miramax owners.
Nanula resigned on Sunday [7] after extended leave from Colony Capital and Miramax following allegations about his personal life.
