The executive has been with the company since 2005 and previously held the position of svp of finance.

Prager will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, planning, forecasting, accounting and capital structure. He reports to Legendary chairman and CEO Thomas Tull.

Prior to Legendary, Prager was a partner at W2 Films where he oversaw fund compliance and created Digital Cinema Ventures.
