Jeffrey Sagansky has been elected co-chairman of Peace Arch Entertainment Group, effective Sept 1, 2007.
Sagansky will serve alongside Peace Arch's former chairman Drew Craig, currently co-chairman, in executing the company's business model.
He previously served as chief executive officer of CBS Entertainment, co-president of Sony Pictures Entertainment, president of TriStar Pictures, and senior vice president of programming at NBC.

The company's roster includes the upcoming ensemble drama Winged Creatures starring Kate Beckinsale, Forest Whitaker and Jennifer Hudson, and The Deal with William H Macy, Meg Ryan, LL Cool J and Elliott Gould, which is currently in post-production.
