The Sundance Channel has acquired a package of arts documentaries for broadcast from Arthouse Films' current and upcoming slate.

David Koh, Lilly Bright, and Stanley Buchthal negotiated the deal on behalf of Arthouse Films and Curiously Bright Entertainment with Sundance Channel's senior vice president of acquisitions and programming Christian Vesper and senior director of acquisitions Ian Bricke.

The package includes Obscene: A Portrait Of Barney Rosset & Grove Press by Neil Ortenberg and Daniel O'Connor, Marion Cajori's Chuck Close documentary, To Inform & Delight by Wendy Keys, and Agnes Martin: With My Back To The World by Mary Lance.

'Films like these critically acclaimed titles celebrating the artistic process and creative ideas are vital components of Sundance Channel's foundation and its unflinching role as a leader in cutting-edge programming,' Vesper said.
