Nicolas Chartier's Voltage Pictures has closed key sales on the upcoming Ashton Kutcher and Michelle Pfeiffer drama Personal Effects.

Rights have gone to Germany (ARD), Mexico (Gussi), Minerva (Italy), CIS (EEAP), Brazil (Imagem), South Korea (Cinema Valley), Portugal (Lusomundo), Greece (Hollywood) and the Middle East (Gulf).

Deals also closed in the Philippines (Pioneer), Latin America (Polarstar), India and Malaysia (PT Parkit), Iceland (Samfilm), Israel (Forum), Argentina (Pachamama), Columbia (Coliseos) and Peru (Delta).

Chartier has been screening footage from the project, which wrapped in Vancouver recently and tells of a man who arrives in a small town seeking to avenge his sister's death when he falls for an older woman.
