Beyond Films has taken onsales for How About You, starringHayley Atwell, Vanessa Redgrave, Imelda Staunton and Brenda Fricker.

Anthony Byrne will directwith Noel Pearson and Sarah Radclyffe producing. Pearson's Ferndale Filmsretains German and Irish rights, with the latter territory's theatrical and DVDrights going to Buena Vista.

The comedy is adapted fromthe Maeve Binchy story about a girl who is left in charge of an elderlyresidential home's four 'hardcore' residents during Christmas.

The project is in its secondweek of shooting in County Wicklow, Ireland. Financiers include Prescience, theIrish Film Board, Northern Ireland Film and TV, Ferndale, Anglo-Irish Bank,Head Gear Films and Beyond.

Beyond is also selling TedNicolaou's The Etruscan Mask, anEnglish-language horror film produced by Roberto Bessi and Atonio Guadalupi.Their Buskin Films, which also worked with Beyond on A Good Woman, retains Italian rights.

The film was shot in Sienaas the first in a planned trilogy for horror films based in historic Italiansettings. The Etruscan Mask is inpost-production now for an early 2007 delivery.

Also, Beyond is now on boardfor sales of Philip Haas' The Situation, making its market debut at AFM. The film stars Connie Nielsen, DamianLewis and Shaun Evans. Liapuat Ahamed, Neda Armian and Michael Sternbergproduced. The plot follows an American journalist who gets caught up inviolence in Iraq. Shadow Distribution has taken US rights.

Beyond's AFM slate alsoincludes Richard Laxton's Life & Lyrics, Neil Hunter and Tom Hunsinger's Sparkle and Nick Broomfield's Ghosts.
