Roxane Barbat and Fred de Wysocki’s Los Angeles based sales company Fantastic Films International has signed a multi-picture distribution deal with Mexican 3D animation house Imagination Films.
Ricardo Gomez’ Mexico City-based company is currently in production on three features that will be delivered in digital 2K and stereoscopic 3D: underdog story Z-Baw, sibling drama The Alley Of Dreams, and family title Papagiorgio The Great about a magical circus.
Fantastic Films International will introduce Z-Baw and The Alley Of Dreams to buyers at Cannes. Z-Baw is expected to be ready for delivery by December 2009 and the other two by 2010.
