Corin Hardy’s feature directorial debut is based on a screenplay he co-wrote with Olga Barreneche about a conservationist who disturbs an ancient brood of creatures.

Occupant’s Joe Neurauter and Felipe Marino produce and Brendan McCarthy and John McDonnell of Ireland’s Fantastic Films serve as co-producers. Financing comes through Prescience, Hyperion Media Group and the Irish Film Board.

Paul Brett, Tim Smith and James Swarbrick are executive producers for Prescience, Michael Mailis for Hyperion and Will Clarke for Altitude.

Clarke will show footage in Cannes. WME and ICM handle US rights.
