Korea-based sales agent Cineclick Asia is repping Hong Kong director Pang Ho-cheung's new thriller Exodus - recently announced in the Toronto and San Sebastian film festival line-ups.

Licensor Filmko Entertainment reserves rights to Chinese-speaking territories (mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore), along with Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Pang, whose Isabella was in the Berlinale competition in 2006, in his latest film tells the story of a police officer who picks up on a plot by women to terminate men.

Simon Yam (Exiled, Election) stars, with Annie Liu (Black Night, Ah Sou) and Nick Ka-fai Cheung (Exiled, Election).

The film, which is in competition at San Sebastian and in the Vanguard section at Toronto, is set for a Sept 13 release in Hong Kong with other territory release plans pending.
