Chris Collins and Lizzie Francke have been appointed as development producers at the UK Film Council Development Fund.
They will reportto Tanya Seghatchian, head of the recently restructured fund.Click here for more on the restructuring
Collins and Francke willbe responsiblefor managing applications to the two new funding programmes.
Brick Lane producer Collins will manage the Feature Film Development Programme - a new funding mechanism launched last month for established producers, production companies and film-makers.
He will take up his new post immediately.
Former Edinburgh Artistic Director and current EM Media executive producerFrancke will manage the First Feature Film Development Programme whichidentifies and supports emerging film-makers
She will also handle regional and diversity initiatives.
'Both Chris and Lizzie bring a wealth of experience and profile to these new roles and I look forward to working with them in finding and supporting UK filmmaking talent,' said Seghatchian.
