Mark Damon'sForesight Unlimited has teamed up with Russia's Ramco Films and Mosfilm Studioson War And Peace, aneight-hour mini-series budgeted in the $60m-$70m range.

Ron Hutchinsonwill write the epic and discussions are underway with directors. Damon, SergeKonov, Leonid Minkovski and Alexander Shishkin will produce and Foresight willhandle worldwide sales.

Production isset to begin in early 2006 in Russia on the fully funded adaptation ofTolstoy's epic tale of a 19th century Russian family.

Hutchinson isrepresented by William Morris Agency, which is packaging the mini-seriesthrough its agents Aaron Kaplan, Laurie Pozmantier and Paul Nagle.
