Oliveira will oversee marketing, sales and distribution in the territory for Paramount Home Media Distribution (PHMD) and will report to Dave Davis, svp Asia Pacific and Latin America physical and digital transactional sales.

Oliveira has 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, category management and advertising, having served as an executive in the Brazilian offices of a variety of major corporations.
He joins PHMD from Samsung do Brasil where he served as sales director, retail and was responsible for restructuring the sales and marketing chain and driving Samsung into the leading market share position within six months.
Oliveira previously served as sales director, retail at Sony Ericsson Brasil and worked as national manager of the Indirect Channel for Nivea Brasil.
