The first image of Ben Foster as Lance Armstrong has been released from Stephen Frears’ untitled ‘cycling project.’

The film started shooting on Oct 18.

StudioCanal will produce, fully finance, distribute in its territories, and handle international sales (which will get started at AFM). Working Title is also on board.

Chris O’Dowd plays journalist David Walsh and the cast also features Guillaume Canet and Jesse Plemons.
