Lisa Gregorian has beenappointed to the new position of senior vice president of television at WarnerBros marketing services, it was announced today (Apr 11) by Bruce Rosenblum,executive vice president of Warner Bros Television Group.

Gregorian, who since 1998has served as senior vice president of marketing and research at Warner BrosInternational Television Distribution (WBITD), will continue to oversee allmarketing for Warner Bros International Television Distribution and alsooversee marketing of Warner Bros Television (network television production) andWarner Bros Animation.

She will also work withtelevision networks around the world that broadcast the studio's content,liaise with stablemate America Online about online promotional opportunitiesand develop strategic marketing opportunities within various Warner BrosTelevision productions

'Lisa is an extremelycreative and aggressive marketing executive,' Rosenblum said in astatement. 'Her innovative initiatives in our international televisiondivision, including in-country consumer publicity and promotional campaigns,have proven integral in pre-sale and post-sale of our television programmingaround the world.'

Gregorian has spearheadedseveral innovative marketing programs at WBITD, among them the division'sannual international press junket, where more than 100 print and electronicjournalists from around the world gather annually in Burbank to attend pressconferences with actors and producers.

She joined LorimarTelepictures in 1986, which was subsequently acquired by Warner Bros, and hasheld various sales positions including director of international research andpre-sale marketing.

Gregorian recently receivedtwo PROMAX Europe Awards, honoring excellence in promotion and marketing in theelectronic media.
