Michael Taverna'sMonteCristo Entertainment has completed a raft of pre-sales on horror title Apartment1303, which centres on theterrifying circumstances surrounding a rental apartment.

Rights have gone to UniKoreain South Korea, DNC Entertainment in Italy, Flins y Pinniculas in Spain, NewWorld in Thailand, Ram Indo in Singapore/Malaysia, and Noble Entertainment inScandinavia.

Amuse Aica is serving asproducer and production is scheduled to kick off in Tokyo in March 2006.

New York-based MonteCristois also co-producing with TorchLight Entertainment the psychological thriller LandOf Canaan starring Tara Reid andEdward Furlong, which is set to commence shooting in spring.
