Digital service provider Arts Alliance Media (AAM) today announced that it is opening a Berlin office.

The office will be headed up by AAM’s international sales manager Caspar Nadaud.

Nadaud said: “The German market is full of potential. AAM will be offering a flexible range of financing solutions for digital cinema conversion, as well as our various software and content services solutions.”

AAM CEO Howard Kiedaisch added: “We have been closely following the developments in the German market for several years. We see Germany as a key market going forward, and will be applying significant resources locally.”

The announcement follows July’s opening of an AAM outpost in Barcelona to serve Spanish and Portuguese markets. The company already had offices in London, Paris and Amsterdam.

AAM has deployed over 700 digital screens across Europe and has virtual print fee agreements in place with five Hollywood studios.

Approximately 15% of screens in Germany are currently digital.
